4 c. watermelon puree
1/2 c. mint leaves (finely chopped)
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. water

Make a simple syrup by boiling the water and sugar and let cool. Pour all the ingredients into the central container of the ice cream machine. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
