CRUST:

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, room temperature

Hand mix and press into greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix softened cream cheese with eggs; add sugar. Mix well on medium speed. Pour on top of crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes until lightly browned.
