TRIPLE LAYER COOKIE BARS
 

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 pkg. flaked coconut (7 oz.)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
1 pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 13 x 9 inch baking pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter. Top evenly with coconut, then condensed milk. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. In small saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with peanut butter. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Cool 30 minutes. Chill thoroughly. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature. These are so good you can't eat just one!
