1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. cubed chicken (cooked) 1 (16 oz.) can mixed Chinese vegetables (drained) 6 oz. chow mein noodles Combine soup and milk in 2-quart glass casserole. Mix well. Stir in chicken and Chinese vegetables. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on 75% power for 10-12 minutes or until hot. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles. |
