1 pkg. active dry yeast 1 c. warm water 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt Dissolve yeast in warm water in 3 quart bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Cover and let rest 5 minutes. Makes 2 (10 1/2") pizza crusts. Grease pan and flour fingers, pat dough onto pan. Add toppings. |
