1 pkg. Farmland smoked sausage 1 (32 oz.) frozen hashbrowns 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can Cream of Celery soup 2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. green onions, chopped 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Slice sausage into 1/4 inch pieces. Mix sour cream onions, milk and spices. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan, half of package of hashbrowns. Place sausage in, sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Add next of potatoes, remaining soup mixture and top with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; uncover and cook 15 minutes longer. |
