2 c. macaroni 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 can tomato soup 1 can mushroom soup 1 med. green pepper, diced 1/4 c. chopped pimentos 2 c. Colby cheese (cubed) 1 c. French fried onions Cook macaroni; drain. Brown ground beef; add soup, pepper, pimento, and macaroni. Place half the mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese and onion; top with remaining macaroni mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with the rest of onion and bake 5 minutes longer. Serves 6. |
