TUNA CASSEROLE
 

2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans white tuna, in spring water
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 sm. jar pimientos
1 sm. can cashew nuts
2 cans chow mein noodles

Mix all ingredients except 1 can noodles. Put into a buttered casserole. Cover with remaining noodles. Bake 1 hour at 275 degrees.
