BEEF-MACARONI CASSEROLE
 

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. flour
1 sm. can tomato sauce and enough water to make 2 cups
1 c. raw macaroni
1/4 c. grated cheese (4 oz.)

Brown meat in skillet and drain off any fat. Stir in soup mix, flour, tomato sauce, macaroni and water. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes in 400 degree oven. If done early and refrigerated, bake 30 minutes, adding cheese last 5 or 10 minutes.
