CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE
 

1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans green chilies
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 tbsp. flour

Mix eggs, milk, flour in blender. Grate cheese. Layer cheese, chilies and milk mixture in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream and salsa. Can be rolled in tortillas or meat added for main dish.
