CHICKEN-RICE CASSEROLE
 

Season chicken and brown in butter. Remove chicken from pan. Add to pan:

Stir in: Celery salt Onion salt to taste

Add:

Heat to boiling. Put in buttered casserole:

Pour 3/4 soup mixture over rice. Place chicken on top and pour remaining soup mixture over chicken. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be made ahead.
