HASH BROWN HAM CASSEROLE
 

1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
2 c. cooked cubed ham
2 c. cubed American cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter
Mozzarella cheese

In large bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup. Stir in frozen hash browns, ham, and American cheese. Turn into 9x13x2 inch pan, spread evenly. Combine crushed corn flakes and butter, sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake 20 to 25 minutes more.
