Trim chops; salt and pepper. Brown in skillet. Leave 2 tablespoons fat in pan and add onion, soup, and milk. Stir and blend well. Alternate layer of potatoes and cabbage in 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle each layer with flour; add about half of the mixture over each layer. Top with pork chops and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Best when served with salad or fruit.
