4 pork chops 4 med. potatoes 1 med. onion 1 can cream of onion soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. milk Fry pork chops lightly, slice potatoes thin. Put in bottom of dish, slice onion thin. Lay on top of the potatoes. Put pork chops on top. Mix onion soup and mushroom soup with the milk and pour over the pork chops. Bake in 9x10 casserole dish 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
