PORK CHOP AND SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE
 

4 to 6 slices bacon
1 lg. jar sauerkraut
4 pork chops
2 to 3 sliced potatoes on top
1 to 2 onions, sliced on top
1 can STEWED tomatoes, pour over all

Place ingredients in a 2 quart casserole in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
