1 1/2 lb. sirloin tips 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1/2 soup can of water 1/2 lb. mushrooms Dash of garlic salt 1 tsp. dried minced onion Pepper to taste Mix together soup, water, pepper, garlic salt, and minced onion. Pour over sirloin tips in 2-3 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 300-325 degrees for 2 hours. Add sliced mushrooms and cook 1/2 hour longer. |
