1 1/2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 c. butter 1 c. root beer 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 tbsp. baking soda 1/2 c. MO walnuts 3 eggs Mix flour and sugar in large bowl. Melt above butter and root beer in saucepan and bring to boil. Add marshmallows; stir until melted. Add eggs and blend. Bake, in bundt, tube, or 9 x 13-inch pan, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. TOPPING: 1/4 stick butter 1/2 c. root beer 1/2 c. buttermilk Heat and add 1 cup marshmallows, coconut and good old walnuts. |
