1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix all ingredients together with mixer for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool cake.

FROSTING:

8 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Blend all ingredients and spread on completely cool cake.
