MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
 

1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed frozen vegetables or 1 can
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Pepperidge Farm Dressing Mix

Cook mixed vegetables and celery about 10 minutes. Drain. Add onions and water chestnuts. Blend mayonnaise and soup; fold into mixed vegetables to which 1/2 of grated cheese has been added. Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm Dressing Mix on bottom of slightly greased casserole dish. Add vegetable mixture. Top with dressing and cheese. Bake 350 degrees until bubbly, around 30 minutes.
