1 c. butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar Pinch of salt 2 c. cake flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. almond extract (optional) 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix butter and sugar. Add other ingredients. Stir nuts in last by hand, not in mixer. Roll in balls. Then flatten with a fork. Bake about 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Don't grease pan. Roll in powdered sugar while still hot. |
