1 cucumber, sliced 1 med. onion, sliced 1 green pepper, sliced in rings 2 med. tomatoes, cut in chunks lengthwise Place vegetables in layers, sprinkling each layer with Mixed-Up salt or steak salt. Mix: 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. basil 1/8 tsp. garlic salt Combine ingredients and pour over salad. Chill. Good on hot days. |
