GREEN SALAD MEAL
 

1 head lettuce, shredded thin
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red Spanish onion
1 sm. can Lesuer peas
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
8 strips bacon, fried, drained, and chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Put shredded lettuce in 13x9 casserole. Cover with the 3 chopped vegetables mixed together. Cover with the peas. Next cover with the mayonnaise. Sprinkle with the sugar. Cover with the shredded cheese and then the chopped bacon. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Use only Hellmann's mayonnaise.
