2 c. tuna 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 c. cold water 1/2 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. sandwich spread 2 tsp. gelatin 1/2 c. diced celery Flake tuna, add celery, onion and salt and sandwich spread. Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes and dissolve over boiling water. Add to fish, stir and put in molds dipped in cold water. Chill. Cottage cheese (small curd) may be added for variation. |
