SEAFOAM SALAD
 

1 c. pear juice
2 1/2 c. canned pears
1 pkg. lime gelatin
2 pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. cream
1 c. whipping cream

Heat cup of pear juice, pour over lime gelatin, when this begins to slightly thicken slightly pour in the cream cheese and beat with electric mixer until it is smooth. Mash the pears add to above fold in the stiffly beaten cream, pour into oiled mold.
