Feta cheese FOR THE DRESSING: 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. English mustard powder 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tbsp. wine vinegar 6 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tbsp. dried oregano Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives and parsley in a salad boil. Toss with dressing. Crumble Feta over salad. |
