1 (11 oz.) can sauerkraut 1 c. sliced celery 1 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. sliced green onion 1/4 to 1/2 c. salad oil 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt Drain and rinse sauerkraut. Combine with celery, green pepper and sliced green onions. Combine salad oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and mix well. Pour over sauerkraut mix and toss gently. Chill 3 to 6 hours before serving. |
