TABOULI SALAD
 

1 bunch green onions
1 green pepper
1 cucumber
1 tbsp. salt
Few shakes pepper
1 bunch parsley
3 lg. tomatoes
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. bulgar (cracked wheat uncooked)

This can be found in health food stores only.

Chop all vegetables VERY fine especially the parsley. Mix all ingredients and let stand overnight. Keeps a week or so in refrigerator in tupperware bowl.
