Cooks.com - Recipe - Curry Rice Salad

2 pkgs. UNCLE BEN'S® rice (chicken)
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
8 chopped green onions
6 stuffed olives, sliced
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry powder

Cook rice as directed. Do not add butter. Add curry powder to mayonnaise mix. Mix all ingredients and chill. Recipes may be cut in half.
