10 avocados
20 tomatoes
3 tbsp. and 1 tsp. lime juice
1 1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. minus 1 tbsp. wine vinegar
5 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. pepper
15 boiled eggs
1 1/2 c. parsley

Dice avocado and tomatoes. Add dressing. Grate eggs fine. Mix with parsley. Sprinkle over salad.
