SAUERKRAUT SALAD
 

1 lg. bag or can of sauerkraut, drained well and chopped coarsely
1 chopped green pepper
2 c. chopped celery
1 onion, grated or chopped fine
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 jar pimientos (optional)

Mix all together and allow to stand in refrigerator a while before serving. Keeps well in refrigerator.
