BROCCOLI SALAD
 

1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, crumbled
4 c. finely chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Toss with dressing. Refrigerate. Best if made the day before.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. vinegar

Mix and pour over salad.
