1 sm. head cauliflower 1 sm. bunch broccoli 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 red pepper 1 c. Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 c. sour cream Wash and prepare fresh vegetables. Either tear or chop into small pieces. Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise or salad dressing, salt and sugar. Then pour this mixture over the vegetables. Store in refrigerator. |
