1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears 3 hard cooked egg whites, chopped 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion 2 tbsp. finely chopped celery 1 tbsp. chopped pimento 1/2 c. light mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/8 tsp. white pepper 1 tsp. sugar Salad green Cook broccoli as directed by package until just tender; drain and cool. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Combine broccoli, eggs, onion, celery, pimento, salad dressing, pepper and sugar; cover and chill. Serve on salad greens. |
