CHINESE SALAD
 

1 head Napa (Chinese) cabbage
2 bunches green onions
1 lg. bag chopped almonds
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1/2 stick butter
1 bottle Pfeifer's sweet and sour dressing (Farmer Jack carries it)
2-3 pkg. Ramen noodles, crush before opening pkg.

In large bowl, chop whole head of Napa crosswise. Chop green onions and combine with Napa. Refrigerate.

Melt butter in large frying pan. Brown crushed Ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. Watch carefully not to burn mixture. Drain on paper napkins. Refrigerate.

When ready to eat, combine mixture with Napa and add whole bottle of dressing. (Salad becomes soggy if you add dressing before you are ready to serve.)
