2 c. sliced, unpeeled apples 1/2 c. diced celery 1 c. seedless grapes, chopped 1/2 c. walnuts, optional 1/2 c. raisins or currents 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise 1/2 c. non-fat yogurt Lemon juice - sprinkle over apples to keep from darkening Combine apples, celery, grapes, raisins, walnuts. Mix well. Chill. Arrange on bed of crisp lettuce leaves. |
