SIS'S TAFFY APPLE SALAD
 

1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drain and save juice
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg, well beaten
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar (white)
2 c. diced red and yellow unpeeled apples
1 1/2 c. Planter's cocktail peanuts

1. Mix pineapple and marshmallows. Put in refrigerator.

2. Mix together juice, egg, vinegar, flour and sugar. Cook until it boils. Cover and cook in refrigerator.

3. Before serving, stir Cool Whip into above juice mixture. Add apples and peanuts. Enjoy!
