CUSTARD RICE PUDDING
 

1 c. rice
5 eggs, well beaten
1 qt. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Combine cooked rice, beaten eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with nutmeg.

Place baking dish in pan of hot water. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 10.
