BOTTOM: 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/4 c. corn syrup 2 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies In medium saucepan, combine peanut butter, corn syrup and sugar; cook over low heat until peanut butter is melted. Stir off heat; stir in Rice Krispies until well-coated. Press into foil lined 8 x 8 x 2 pan. TOP: 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 c. corn syrup 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies In medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, corn syrup, sugar, butter; cook over low heat until chocolate and butter are melted. Stir off heat; stir in Rice Krispies. Press on top of peanut butter layer. Cut into squares or rectangles. |
