4 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. oil 1 lb. boneless chicken 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained Oriental seasoning mix 1 green pepper, cut in strips 1 med. onion, sliced 1 med. zucchini or cucumber, sliced 2 stalks celery 2 or 3 green onions, sliced (optional) Brown rice In a small bowl, combine seasoning mix, soy sauce and sugar. Set aside. Preheat oil in skillet and add chicken to oil and fry until cooked about 2 or 3 minutes. Add vegetables and stir fry 2 or 3 minutes or until tender. Add seasoning mix and stir fry 2 or 3 minutes. Have brown rice already cooked. Serve over the cooked rice. |
