CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE
 

4 chicken breast or chicken thighs, skinned & uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c milk
1 c. Minute Rice
Salt & pepper to taste (optional)

Put chicken (uncooked) in bottom of casserole dish. Mix together in saucepan the soup, water, milk, rice, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and pour over chicken, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4. Very good.
