3/4 c. rice, converted, uncooked 1 can cream of celery or chicken or mushroom soup 1 envelope onion soup mix 2 1/4 c. water 2 to 2 1/2 lbs. chicken (pieces) In a 3-quart oblong baking dish, combine rice, soup, onion mix and blend well with water. On top of mixture, arrange chicken pieces. Cook 1 to 1 1/4 hours in a preheated oven at 350 degrees. |
