3 c. cooked rice (equivalent to 1 c. raw rice, cooked with 1 tsp. salt in 2 1/2 c. boiling water, following box instructions) 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna fish, drained 1/4 c. chopped onion 3 tbsp. salad oil 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, optional 1/4 c. chopped parsley, optional Combine rice, tuna fish, onion, salad oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
