TURKEY WILD RICE CASSEROLE
 

1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
3 c. turkey, chopped (or chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Cook rice according to package directions. Saute the celery and onions. Combine all ingredients and spread bread crumbs and butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees until it is bubbly and fully warmed approximately 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
