1 1/2 c. hot chicken bouillon 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thaw and drain 2 (8 oz.) Durkee french fried onions 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 lb. fish fillets, thawed Paprika 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In 8 x 12 inch dish, mix bouillon, rice and seasonings. Bake covered for 10 minutes. Top with broccoli, 1/2 can onions and Parmesan. Place fish in dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake covered 25 minutes. Stir rice. Top fish with cheddar cheese and remaining onions. Bake uncovered 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown. |
