PIZZA CRUST
 

1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. oil
3/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sugar
5 c. flour

Add first 4 ingredients and let stand 10 minutes. Then add all the other ingredients and knead for a few minutes. Then let raise for 2 or 3 hours.
