In a very large bowl, combine: 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. dry milk
To dissolve 1 yeast package in for 10 minutes. Cover with a wet towel while rising.
Then add: 1 tsp. salt
Add about 5 cups flour or enough to make a soft dough. Let rise an hour. Knead and press. Form into rolls and let rise on a cooking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
