2 eggs 4 tbsp. melted shortening 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple 2 1/2 c. flour 12 tsp. sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. bran flakes Beat the eggs. Add the melted shortening and undrained pineapple. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into the pineapple mixture. Add the bran flakes. Pour into well oiled muffin pans and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 2 dozen. |
