PIZZA DOUGH
 

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. olive oil

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Place flour on a clean smooth surface in a mound with a well in the center. Add water and yeast mixture. Gather flour from the sides with a fork or finger tips. Working with hands, combine in a dough ball. Knead until soft and smooth, about 15 minutes. Add flour as necessary. Place in a large, oiled bowl. Cover and put in a warm spot until about double the size. Punch the dough down, cut in half and roll out on a floured board.

Makes 2 (10") pizzas or calzones.
