1 c. barbecue sauce 1/2 c. Italian dressing 4 chicken breasts, split, boned & skinned Pour combined barbecue sauce and dressing over chicken. Cover, marinate 1 hour. Drain reserving marinade. Place chicken on greased rack of broiler pan or greased grill. Broil or grill uncovered, over low coals, 10 minutes on each side or until tender, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade. 8 servings. |
