PICKLED BOLOGNA
 

1 ring bologna
2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mixed pickling spices
6 bay leaves

Skin and slice bologna into thin slices. Place into a glass jar. Mix together vinegar, sugar, salt, pickling spices and bay leaves and bring to boil. Pour over bologna, put cover on jar and refrigerate for one week.
